My order hasn't arrived
If you have already received shipping information from us and your order has not yet arrived within the specified time, please contact your local Australia Post office and advise them that you are expecting an Australia Post e-parcel.
I received incorrect or damaged items
Contact our signmaking division within two working days of receipt of goods. Prior approval must be obtained from LVE before returning goods. A Return Authority Number will be given to you upon approval. Please do not throw out damaged items until authorisation to do so has been given.
Goods will be accepted for credit or replacement at the sole discretion of LVE.
Returning Goods
